NEW TICKETING SYSTEM ANNOUNCEMENT!

We have implemented a new helpdesk system to improve our customer support using Microsoft Azure DevOps. Any open tickets within our current ticketing system have been migrated to the new system. Closed tickets will be archived.

Access to our new ticketing system will be available directly from the new platform
